PM's will be the liaison between your organization

You will be assigned a log in to our project
management software where you may:

milestones and events calendars;
- Post
messages for any necessary adjustments to your
campaign;
- View
invoice archives;
- Upload
files or training materials for your PM;
- Utilize
our online chat with your PM for maximum
communication;
- Preview
scripts;
- And
download any leads or relevant information.
Additionally,
you will have access to your PM at all times during
regular business hours through other traditional
methods of communication such as E-Mail and phone.
PM's are floor supervisors with years of experience
in the call center industry that manage, train and
deal with the call center workers here in the
Philippines on a day-to-day basis.
